David Simpson, deputy chief of staff, communications and information systems, United States Forces-Iraq, with the Information Dominance Corps Warfare insignia during a ceremony held in the Al Faw Palace rotunda, Oct. 29. The insignia recognizes the service members and symbolizes that the work they perform a crucial part of the Navy's information mission.
