A Coast Guard rescue boat crew from Station Manasquan Inlet, N.J., comes alongside a capsized 17-foot boat with four people aboard one nautical mile off of Point Pleasant, N.J., Nov. 6, 2010. The four men had on life jackets and used a marine handheld radio to notify the Coast Guard of their location.
