Field Tech Noah Peyer of Tank Industry Consultants sends up a remote operated vehicle to his father, Field Service Manager Jim Peyer, at the top of a 200,000 gallon fresh water tank, Nov. 3, on Camp Lemonnier. The ROV has a video camera that sends a signal back to a DVD recorder, monitor and control unit to visually inspect the quality and condition of the water holding tank. The inspection is being conducted to insure the quality of the water held with in the tank remains at a high quality and the vessel is physically sound.
