Mayor Francis Humphreys and Col. John Simma, the commander of Task Force Jaguar, open a town hall meeting a town hall meeting on May 11, 2017 in Dangriga, Belize to discuss the upcoming free medical event that will be a part of Beyond the Horizon 2017. Topics that were discussed at the meeting were patient flow through the clinic and the different medical services that will be offered during the event. This is the third medical event during BTH 2017, a U.S. Southern Command-sponsored, Army South-led exercise designed to provide humanitarian and engineering services to communities in need, demonstrating U.S. support for Belize.
