FORT HUNTER LIGGETT, Calif. (May 9, 2017) - A Seabee assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 unloads a tricon box from a C-130 cargo plane assigned to the 146th Air Lift Wing of the Air National Guard during a field training exercise (FTX) in Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif., May 9. NMCB 4 is conducting their final graded field training exercise (FTX), testing the battalion’s command, control and communication functions through a variety of simulated real-life scenarios encountered during deployments. The Seabee battalion provides commanders and Navy component commanders with combat ready warfighter capable of general engineering, construction and limited combat engineering across the full range of military operations.
