170513-N-XJ502-036 FORT HUNTER LIGGETT, Calif. (May 13, 2017) - Instructors from Naval Construction Group (NCG) 1, quiz Seabees, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, on a civilian interaction that occurred at the Entry Control Point (ECP) during NMCB 4’s Field Training Exercise (FTX). The FTX prepares and tests the battalion’s ability to enter hostile locations, build assigned construction projects and defend against enemy attacks using realistic scenarios while being evaluated by Naval Construction Group 1.
