There are two types of Green Dots: proactive and reactive. An example of a proactive Green Dot is posting a “Live the Dot” magnet, which can start a conversation about preventing interpersonal violence. A reactive Green Dot is intervening in a situation where interpersonal violence may happen. (U.S. Air Force illustration by Airman 1st Class Destinee Sweeney)
