NORFOLK, Va. (May. 17, 2017) -- Electronics Technician Kris Hughes, a native of Live Oak, Florida and Ship's Serviceman Seaman Adrian Quinn, a native of Scipio, Indiana, both assigned to Pre-Commissioning Unit Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78), cut the celebratory cake during a birthday month luncheon on the ship's mess decks.
