Airmen assigned to the 107th Attack Wing, Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, New York Air National Guard, fills sandbags in response to the state of emergency Gov. Andrew Cuomo declared on May 2 for the flooding occurring along Lake Ontario, at the Kendall Department of Public Works, Kendall, N.Y., May 18, 2017.
