12/24/04 - Stretcher bearers prepare to carefully load a simulated casualty into a stretcher before transferring the sailor from an aircraft elevator to a treatment area in the hangar bay of USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75) during a mass casulty drill, on Dec. 24, 2004. Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 3 is embarked aboard Truman and is providing close air support and conducting Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions over Iraq. The USS Harry S.
