Hector Maldonado, a 49th Medical Operations Squadron emergency medical technician-Intermediate, and Annette Dunlap, the 49th MDOS area project manager and a paramedic, perform an emergency response simulation on a volunteer for National Emergency Medical Services week at Holloman Air Force Base, N.M. on May 18, 2017. National EMS week was established in 1974, as a means to honor EMS practitioners and their contributions to families and communities across the United States.
