A member of the Bayji Special Weapons and Tactics unit distributes groceries and a backpack to an Iraqi patient during Military Civil Medical Operation at the Bujwari medical clinic. Members of the Bayji SWAT unit provided assistance and security to the people visiting the clinic on Sept. 29. The operation was a combined effort between the Iraqi Ministry of Health, the Bayji Special Weapons and Tactics unit, Bujwari police, Sons of Iraq and U.S. Special Operations Task Force-North.
