U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers from the 200th Military Police Command lift weights during a Performance Triad program organized by the command and hosted on Fort Meade, Maryland, May 12, 2017. The three-week fitness program took place from May 5-25 to help Soldiers who had either failed the Army Physical Fitness Test or had been on the Army Body Fat Composition program. The camp focused on the triad of overall health: physical fitness, nutrition and sleep, by providing education and personalized coaching to Soldiers in all three of those phases of life and more.
