Sgt. Maj. Richard Sharron, from Lodi, N.J., battalion sergeant major for 7th Engineer Support Battalion, 1st Marine Logistics Group, carries the battalion’s colors to Lt. Col. Phillip Frietze, from Mesilla, N.M., during a change of command ceremony at Camp Pendleton, Calif., Nov. 19. Frietze was released from command of the battalion and was appointed a new title as the regimental executive officer for Combat Logistics Regiment 15.
