Sgt. 1st Class Sean Acosta, the NCO in charge of an Army civil affairs team attached to Task Force Toccoa, hands out school supplies to villagers April 21, 2017. The donated supplies will be used by students at a primary school in northern Cameroon. Besides the donations, the team often works behind the scenes with the local government, non-governmental organizations and interagency departments to find ways to improve conditions at schools.
