Mike Saum, commodore, Naval Construction Group (NCG) 1, speaks at the naming ceremony of the Port Hueneme post office in honor of U.S. Naval Construction Battalion “Seabees” Fallen Heroes. The bill renaming the post office was introduced by U.S. Rep. Julia Brownley, whose district encompasses Naval Base Ventura County, and signed into law on Dec. 16, 2016.
