Fort Wainwright officers serve soldiers Thanksgiving Dinner at the North Star Dining Facility Nov. 25. The officers served over 400 hungry soldiers during the Thanksgiving dinner.
The dinner was one of the final meals served at the North Star Dining Facility before the 25th Brigade Support Battalion relinqueshes control of the DFAC to an outside company. The Food Service Specialist assigned to the 25th BSB will begin focusing their time and effort to the 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division's deployment to the Northern Training Center in Fort Irwin, Calif.
