Maritime Civil Affairs and Security Training Command personnel deliver Maritime Civil Affairs and security force training to local security forces during a recent mission to the Union of Comoros. This was the first time MCAST Command provided Maritime Civil Affairs content as part of security assistance training. MCAST Command, homeported at Joint Expeditionary Base Ft.
