Sgt. 1st Class Ronald Toole, of Colorado Springs, Colo., communications non-commissioned officer in charge, assigned to HHC, 1st Bn., 68th Armor Reg., 3rd AAB, 4th Inf. Div., conducts radio checks in the command post platform outside the tactical operations center. The CPP provides data and voice communications for over 1,000 soldiers in Al Basra Province, Iraq. The CPP supports two security transition teams, seven companies, and a battalion headquarters.
