The 16th Sustainment Brigade commander, Col. Keith Sledd, places the Army Safety Excellence Streamer on the guidon of the 240th Quartermaster Supply Company during a ceremony at Warner Barracks, Nov. 30. The company, part of the 391st Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 16th Sust. Bde., earned the streamer for having 12 consecutive months without experiencing a Soldier or unit at fault Class A or B accident and having completed 100 percent of Composite Risk Management training.
