WASHINGTON (June 6, 2017) Retired World War II veteran Hank Kudzik describes his experience during the Dec. 7, 1941 Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor in front of a scale replica of Pearl Harbor to members of his family at the National Museum of the United States Navy. Kudzik served aboard the submarine USS Nautilus (SS 168), which sank the Japanese aircraft carrier Soryu during the Battle of Midway before operating off the Japanese coast.
