U.S. Soldiers of the 29th Infantry Division Color Guard participate in a ceremony honoring World War II veterans held at the National Guard memorial in Vierville-sur-Mer, France, June 6, 2017. The ceremony commemorates the 73rd anniversary of D-Day, the largest multi-national amphibious landing and operational military airdrop in history, and highlights the U.S.' steadfast commitment to European allies and partners.
