A Marine prepares to lift a stretcher in order to provide medical care to a women who simulated losing her leg after a vehicle borne improvised explosive device detonates during an Infantry Immersion Trainer scenario at Camp Pendleton, Calif., Dec. 7. The members of Combat Logistics Battalion 7, Combat Logistics Regiment 1, 1st Marine Logistics Group are the first logistics unit to go through IIT training, which is specifically designed for infantry Marines.
