Brian Winski, commander of the 4th Advise and Assist Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division, for mortar training provided to soldiers of the 6th Brigade, 3rd Iraqi Army Division at Destiny Range, Iraq, Dec. 6. Ba'ez observed Iraqi mortar crews conducting a live-fire exercise at a range near Mosul, Iraq. The partnered training is part of a larger effort by U.S. Division-North to train Iraqi Security Forces during Operation New Dawn.
