Vehicles belonging to Marines with 1st Combat Engineer Battalion, 1st Marine Division (Forward), travel along route 611 during Operation Outlaw Wrath in Sangin District, Dec. 4, 2010. During the IED clearing operation, the Marines pushed for eight days to clear the ‘611’ to allow freedom of mobility for 3rd Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment and local nationals.
