Stephen Corrow, both leaders with Florida National Guard 53rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, furl the 53rd’s unit colors during a Transfer of Authority Ceremony on Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Dec. 15. Soldiers with the New Hampshire National Guard 197th Fires Brigade have now assumed responsibility for convoy security and camp operations in Kuwait.
