UNDISCLOSED LOCATION, SYRIA (May 14, 2017)— A U.S. Marine waits to guide a troop movement armored vehicle (TMAV) towing an M777-A2 Howitzer to a firing position in Syria, May 14, 2017. The unit has been conducting 24-hour all-weather fire in support of Coalition local partner forces, the Syrian Democratic Forces, as part of Combined Joint Task Force-Operation Inherent Resolve.
