Petty Officer 3rd Class Matthew LaForest (right), construction mechanic, and Constructionman Matthew O’Brien (left), construction mechanic, both assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 74, Alfa Company, along with Constructionman Matthew Wright, construction mechanic, assigned to NMCB 7, Alfa Company, troubleshoot the electrical system of a grader for the Battalion Equipment Evaluation Program, which guides the formal turnover of all vehicles and equipment from one battalion to another. Currently, NMCB 74 and NMCB 7 are conducting turnover at Camp Mitchell in Rota, Spain.
