James Johnson, a native of Del City, Oklahoma, and a Soldier with Troop C, 180th Cavalry Regiment, 45th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, fires an M240 machine gun during annual training at Fort Riley, Kansas, near Junction City, June 20. Staff Sgt. James Keller, a native of Quincy, Illinois, acted as assistant gunner during the exercise, giving Johnson a better idea of where his bullets were hitting on the target.
