(June 15, 2017) - An octocopter equipped with the SCAPEGOAT chemical, biological, and radiological detection system approaches a biological simulant release during testing at the Potomac River Test Range. The SCAPEGOAT system - designed to deploy on multiple unmanned aerial vehicle platforms, including multi-rotor and fixed wing aircraft - was developed via the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division sponsored Sly Fox Program from January to June 2017.
