Members of the 96th Air Refueling Squadron and the 174th ARS, Iowa Air National Guard review flight plans and procedures before departing Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii on Dec. 14 to refuel 4 B-52 Bombers. This is the first operational mission for the 96th ARS, which stood up in September, but won't be fully operational until August 2011.
