Capt. Greg Tlapa departs, as the new commanding officer of the Coast Guard Cutter Healy, at the end of a change-of-command ceremony held at Base Seattle, June 22, 2017.

Commissioned in 2000 and measuring 420 feet long, the Healy is one of two operable icebreakers in the nation.
