BETIO ISLAND, TARAWA ATOLL, KIRIBATI— Cpl. Raymond Miller, right and Lance Cpl. Nathaniel Twombley demonstrate detainee searching procedures for members of the Kiribati National Police Maritime Unit June 16 on Betio Island, Tarawa Atoll, Kiribati.
