Cmdr. H.B. Le address the audience and Sailors assigned to the guided-missile destroyer USS Lassen during a change of command ceremony. Cmdr. Walter C. Wrye IV relieved Le as commanding officer of Lassen. Lassen is assigned to Destroyer Squadron 15 and is forward-deployed to Commander Fleet Activities, Yokosuka, Japan.
