Spc. Kevin Libby, a heavy construction equipment operator with the 262nd Engineer Company (Horizontal) instructs Pfc. Nicholas Allen, a heavy construction equipment operator with the 262nd Enginer Company (Horizontal) at the Hollis Training Site where the unit constructed a 300 foot stretch of tank trail as part of theri annual training June 19-27, 2017. This project provided the unit with ample time to hone their skills and act as leaders. "This training has helped me see the big picture," said Libby. "Before i was all about wanting to run the dozer and push dirt, but now i have to step back and it's not about running the dozer and what i want it's about accompishment of the whole mission."
