During the opening ceremony for the Gauthreaux Internet Cafe Sgt. Kristen Vulich, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, a native of Estherville, Iowa, cuts a cake with the words "In Honor and Memory of Sgt. Jay Gauthreaux" on it at Forward Operating Base Warhorse, Baqubah, Iraq. Gauthreaux was killed in action Dec. 4 in Baqubah.
