World renowned cyclist and cancer survivor, Lance Armstrong takes video of CWO2 Isaac K. Tibayan, officer in charge of explosive ordnance disposal operations for 2nd Battalion, 9th Marine Regiment, as he explains the workings of a pressure plate used to detonate [improvised explosive devices], during the USO’s Holiday Troop Visit tour that stopped at Camp Hanson in Marjah, Helmand province, Afghanistan, Dec. 16. During the visit Marines were able to take photos and sign autographs with popular icons such as, Lance Armstrong, Robin Williams, Lewis Black, Leon Brooks, Bob Dipiero and Kathleen Madigan.
