Sgt. Tracie Slempa, broadcaster with the 109th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment, 103rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), and a Pittston, Pa., native, meets former Buffalo Bills quarterback Jim Kelly at the tail gate held by the Tostitos "Connect to Home" Bowl at Joint Base Balad, Iraq, Dec. 21. The game, which was held later that evening, was held by the United Services Organization in conjunction with the Tostitos Bowl in the U.S., and allowed service members to meet former National Football League players.
