Oklahoma Army National Guardsman from each Major Subordinate Command (MSC) get back to basics throughout June 2017, during Plains Warrior, a two-week training event held at Camp Gruber Training Center, near Braggs, Oklahoma. The training was specifically designed for junior non-commissioned officers (NCOs) who have not completed their Professional Military Education (PME) in order to prepare them for future NCO schools.
