Jason Snow, United States Forces-Iraq Combined Joint Task Force Troy's Combined Explosive Exploitation Cell Triage Laboratory non-commissioned officer in charge, takes a closer look at an unknown substance Dec. 26, on Camp Victory, Iraq. One key responsibility of CJTF Troy and CEXC is neutralizing the improvised explosive devices, threat through collection and exploitation of IED evidence and related intelligence. CJTF Troy is dedicated to countering IED's and saving lives of Iraqi and joint forces conducting Operation New Dawn.
