Scott Rice the Director of the Air National Guard on the story behind a memorial C-130 tail that hangs in remembrance of of the crew of modular airborne firefighting system seven a C-130 that crashed while on mission fighting a fire in South Dakota. Lt. Gen. Scott was visiting the 145th Airlift Wing to present coins to deserving Airmen and welcome back deployers, at the North Carolina Air National Guard Base, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, July 5th, 2017. Rice's visit coincided with the return of deployed Airmen from the 145th Airlift Wing, after months in Southwest Asia supporting Operation Freedom's Sentinel.
