A cyclone fence at the Zurbatiyah Port of Entry divides a large cargo loading area between Iraq and Iran. The loading dock lies unused because of regulations on the border. The only means of transferring cargo currently is to allow one truck at a time to pass through, exchange cargo, and then let another through.
