Soldiers at Fort McCoy for training in the Exportable Combat Training Capability (XCTC) Exercise clean tactical vehicles during exercise wrap-up operations June 22, 2017, at the Installation Materiel Maintenance Activity’s Central Vehicle Wash Facility on the cantonment area at Fort McCoy, Wis. The exercise was coordinated by the Illinois Army National Guard’s 33rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team and Joint Forces Headquarters-Illinois and took place for three weeks in June.
