The development of the program is managed by Staff Sgt. Steven Barrett, training non-commissioned officer with Headquarters, Headquarters Company, 103rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) and an Omaha, Neb. native, who also used to be a drill Sgt. “I can trust and have trusted my PT cadre with any part of the program,” said Barrett.
