Lt. Gen. William G. Webster, Third Army commanding general, speaks with food service workers during the Thanksgiving 2010 Commanding General Best Decorated Dining Facility Award Ceremony at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Jan. 5. During the ceremony Lt. Gen. Webster thanked the workers for their hard work for providing such wonderful decoration during the holiday season. Six Third Army dining facilities across Kuwait were awarded trophies for first and second place in three categories based on the size of each facility.
