Lance Cpl. Nicholas Lacava III informs a Marine about a future training seminar at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, N.C., July 11, 2017. Originally, Lacava was an unmanned aircraft systems operator but stepped in as a grounds training clerk to help Marines. A ground training clerk is responsible for the unit’s annual and physical training, such as the physical fitness test, combat fitness test, rifle ranges and swim qualifications.
