Spc. Kenneth Grove, 598th Maintenance Company, 1225th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 43rd Sustainment Brigade, puts the first bolt into place to connect a transmission to a new Heavy Equipment Transport System engine while Sgt. Jon Berry, 598th Maintenance holds the transmission still Jan. 12 in the 1225th motor pool on Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan. Switching the transmission from the unserviceable HETS engine to a new engine was completed in less than 90 minutes.
