The daughter of Ensign Ronald Fall operates a fire hose with the assistance of crewmembers of the guided-missile destroyer USS Higgins during a live hose demonstration. Family and friends joined the crew for a day underway aboard Higgins before the ship prepares to depart for a six-month independent deployment to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
