N.Y. National Guard Soldier, Spc. Wilannkeith Aunzo, assigned to the 37th Financial Management Service Detachment, gives a class to his fellow students in the Future Leader Course(FLC) on the Camp Smith Training Site, July 19, 2017. Students in the FLC were tasked with instructing most of the classes so they could get experience with public speaking and teaching, two very important skills for leaders to have.The training was part of the New York Army National Guard's Future Leaders Course, a pilot program aimed at preparing Soldiers to become NCOs.
