U.S. Marines with MEF Headquarters Group, II Marine Expeditionary Force (II MEF), 2nd Marine Division (2D MARDIV) participate in the MEF Headquarters Group (MHG) re-designation to MEF Information Group (MIG) ceremony on Camp Lejeune, N.C., July 21, 2017. The II MHG is re-designing to the II MIG, in name only. The capabilities of the group will remain the same, until the MEF Support Battalion (MSB) is officially established.
